We provide consulting services in the areas of Cybersecurity, Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
OCT Consulting currently has an opening for an experienced Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy Developer to support a Federal government client.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience performing roles in drafting/developing/interpreting policies, program strategy, methodology, and/or proceduresTwo (2) years specializing in Risk Management, IT acquisitions, and/or Cybersecurity Risk AssessmentsProven experience providing Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy support to a federal government program officeExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information conciselyMastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a capacity to coordinate collaboration efforts with key stakeholdersThe ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to adapt to contingencies resulting from changes or modifications to the schedule and assessment requirementsExcellent oral and written communication skills
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degreeOne of the following Professional Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP
