Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote position for a Service Now Developer. The Service Now Developer will be responsible for hands-on design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery for our clients. They will work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, as well as analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, including ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Configuration ManagementHands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, UI actions, business rules, workflows, and scriptingExperience in developing RESTful APIs following best practices and principles, such as SOA, and microservicesStrong understanding of ServiceNow security, performance, governance, and administration best practicesExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentCertified ServiceNow Developer or ServiceNow Administrator is a plus
