Role Description

Forcecraver Technologies is seeking a full-time Remote Salesforce Lead Developer responsible for managing and developing the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Lead Developer will participate in various stages of the software development life cycle, including design, estimation, planning, development, and release/deployment. The Salesforce Lead Developer will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create customized Salesforce-based solutions that meet the business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 6 years of experience developing and managing Salesforce Applications, including integrating Salesforce with other systemsDeep expertise in Salesforce.com and Force.com development, including strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and custom integrationsExpertise in delivering Salesforce.com-based solutions; sales automation, service, and support processes, data and analytics, customization and application developmentExperience with Salesforce development toolkits including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSLSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification preferredExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process preferredExperience in client interaction, including pre-sales, requirement gathering, solution design, and presentations
