Job Description:As a Unity XR developer at Cognilize, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to empower athletes and teams to excel in the most demanding of circumstances. Your role will involve working on a range of exciting projects, from immersive virtual experiences to interactive mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with our development team to design and implement interactive and visually stunning custom applications.Develop and optimize code for various platforms, ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences.Create and implement XR environments, UI elements, and simulations to enhance user benefit.Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions and improvements.Take ownership of critical tasks, ensuring their successful execution and timely delivery.Operate effectively in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:3+ years of proven experience in developing XR applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in C# programming within the Unity framework.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.A passion for American Football and a deep understanding of the demands and challenges faced by professional sports organizations and athletes is a plus.A solid understanding of 3D graphics, mobile gaming, and multiplayer architecture is a plus.
