Role Description

This is a full-time remote Senior Developer role. The Senior Developer will work as an integral part of the development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement features for ManatalHR's software application. The role will also include mentoring junior developers and taking responsibility for the quality and completeness of finished products.

Qualifications

Proficient in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or PHPExperience with web application development frameworks such as React, AngularJS, or DjangoExperience working with relational databases and SQLExperience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and JenkinsExperience with Git version control and Agile methodologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor and lead junior developersExperience with HR software application development is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
