Responsibilities:Identify needs and choose the right technologies for the mission.Conduct research and find solutions for complex technical problems.Proactively contribute to the formation of practical and high quality solutions.Design, prototype, build, unit test, bug-fix, and evaluate key components for the next generation of the service and take personal responsibility for delivering them.Lead technological processes, coordinate the coding of developers, overall project architecture and defining the general direction of development tools across the whole SDLC.Lead, train and mentor development teams.Be a subject matter expert and transfer knowledge into a uniform code.Work independently with the business users and IT team to gather and define project requirements.
Preferred qualifications8+ years of comprehensive experience in full stack development in enterprise software areas.B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Skilled in Django and AngularDeep understanding of all aspects of Web Applications development.Solid understanding of software development process (analysis, design, coding, testing, packaging, maintenance).Passion for innovative technology.Curiosity with a willingness to experiment & learn.Confident teammate, with outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Nice to have:Experience working with Big Data technologies & Data pipelines such as Spark, Hadoop, AirflowUnderstanding of data pipelines, ETLs and common tools used in the process is an advantage.Experience with huge user base and scalability optimizationsExperience with FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar audit programs
