Job Description: Skills: 1. Good hands-on with Mid Server configuration and troubleshooting 2. Good understanding of ITSM, and ITOM and SPM. 3. Must have a strong understanding of ITSM processes like Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. 4. Experience in CMDB & Discovery, & Certificate Management will be given a preference. 5. Exposure in configuring the Okta, authentication management, and AD is good to have. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for standard configuration, security, & user administration. 2. Responsible for the overall administration, support & maintenance of the ServiceNow instances. 3. Performance optimization of the instance and performing scheduled checks to ensure the optimum health of the instance. 4. Perform Licensing Audit & consolidation 5. Coordinate, Schedule, and apply the ServiceNow patches/security releases. And assist in troubleshooting patch/release management issues. 6. Coordinates & manages application and platform upgrades. 7. Will be responsible for all operational support issues, administration & maintenance of the ServiceNow platform used by multiple departments.
