Collaborate closely with business users, application teams, and vendors to identify, assess, and validate solution requirements, ensuring comprehensive end-user support.Gain a deep understanding of the client's technical environment, delivering targeted guidance based on their technology usage and needs.Provide regular progress updates to both the manager and the client, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.Participate in and lead design discussions and client meetings, contributing valuable insights to enhance solution effectiveness.Contribute to the seamless deployment of applications across Dev, Staging, and Production environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Demonstrate expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and associated technologies, including Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, and CRX.Possess hands-on experience with the Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM (Digital Asset Management), and Workflows.Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for Adobe DAM, proactively addressing functional and technical issues as they arise.Effectively troubleshoot critical production issues, delivering timely resolutions, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing preventive measures to enhance system stability.Demonstrate knowledge of Adobe Workfront, leveraging this understanding to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
