Job Overview:As a Sitecore Senior Developer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of Sitecore solutions, focusing on Sitecore 10 headless implementation, CDP personalization, and XM cloud migration. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high-performance, scalability, and optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Sitecore solutions with a focus on Sitecore 10 headless implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Implement and optimize CDP personalization strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.Execute the migration of Sitecore XM solutions to the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and align technical solutions accordingly.Stay updated on the latest Sitecore trends, best practices, and technologies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer with expertise in Sitecore 10 headless implementation.Strong background in CDP personalization and implementing data-driven strategies for user segmentation.Experience in Sitecore XM cloud migration is highly desirable.Proficient in C# and .NET development.Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:

Sitecore Certification(s) is a plus.Experience with other CMS platforms and technologies.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
