Join NATEK as a Senior Delphi Developer role for our project in cooperation with our client - international company in Belgium.

Your Responsibilities

Develop, extend, maintain and monitor applications within the domainPrepare design options for the working environment of methods, procedures, techniques, tools, and peopleWork with others to integrate organisational policies, standards and techniques across the full software and systems life cycleAutomate testing in all its forms in order to increase both code quality and application reliability, i.e., Unit-testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, etc.Write maintainable documentation for both existing software and new developmentsCollaborate with domain experts and business analysts in extracting requirements from user and business requestsParticipate in design discussions (high- and low-level) regarding application transformations as well as greenfield developmentStart initiatives to improve development processes, testing, operational management and infrastructureHelp set up inter-team communication channels for coordination regarding API changes, deployments, bugs, etc.

Our Requirements

At least 10 years of practical experience in Delphi development with recent version (Tokyo) and older version.At least 10 years of practical experience in T-SQL development (SQL scripts / Stored Procedures)Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an IT-related discipline. Certifications are a plusKnowledge of relation databases and mainly with MS SQL ServerYou are committed in delivering quality software using best practices of Unit TestingKnowledge of versioning tooling (for instance Git) and versioning flow best practicesCD/CI flow (Azure pipeline)Good presentation and report-writing skillsExperience with Agile development methodologies such as ScrumFluent in both spoken and written English
