Job Responsibilities:Conduct the entire talent acquisition cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting potential profiles to fulfill clients' staffing needs.Utilize diverse recruitment sources, including social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Glassdoor), IT portals, and other relevant platforms to build talent pools.Collaborate with the People Operations Team to manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation.Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and provide dedicated support throughout the hiring process.Participate in various HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives.Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets.Assist with other HR matters as required. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in the IT/Software industry.Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems and other relevant recruitment tools.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
