We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Front-End Developer to join our remote team.

Your primary role will involve crafting and maintaining the user interface for our digital products, employing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Close collaboration with the design and backend teams is crucial to seamlessly integrate the UI with server-side logic and functionality. Moreover, your responsibilities include optimizing UI elements for swift loading times, heightened performance, and ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across diverse devices.

Responsibilities

Craft and uphold the user interface (UI) of digital products using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptImplement sophisticated and dynamic UI components and layoutsEnsure compatibility across various browsers while maintaining code quality and organizationDesign and devise accessible interfaces adhering to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)Devise responsive designs for an optimal user experience on varying devices and screen sizesEnhance UI elements for expedited loading times and improved performanceCollaborate closely with backend developers to fuse the UI with server-side logic and functionalityClearly communicate design intent and interactions to the development team through functional prototypesServe as a liaison between the design and development teams, fostering a cohesive and collaborative working environmentStay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web technologies, UX design, and development methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related fieldOver 3 years of experience in front-end development or a similar roleDemonstrated experience in UX developmentAdvanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary front-end frameworksMandatory BEM expertiseExperience with responsive and adaptive design principlesIn-depth understanding of web performance optimization techniquesExceptional communication and collaboration skillsProficient in using version control systems like GitFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesStrong visual design acumenB2+ English proficiency level
