Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Description

We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails engineer to develop customer-facing products and enterprise tools that power business growth.

This position offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the Client’s office in Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw or Gdansk.

This position leans towards back-end and application development. It offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of enterprise products and engineering challenges of our Client, including CRM, Network monitoring and device management, Financial and accounting systems, Analytics, reporting and large-scale data processing, Field service, and dispatch management.

What You’ll Do

Work cross-functionally with leaders, UX and end users to build features and shape the long-term technical roadmapBuilt enterprise tools and systems from the ground upScale and improve existing software to meet the needs of growing business and customer baseLeverage tools and platforms in the ecosystem along with third-party vendors

What You Have

Deep expertise in developing enterprise software and systemsPrevious experience with large-scale Ruby on Rails applicationsExperience developing APIs and integrating third-party servicesSolid knowledge of SQL and ORMsWorking knowledge of frontend engineering (HTML, CSS, JS)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with a large, legacy codebase on a cross-functional team
