Position Overview:Midnight is on the lookout for a talented Business Operations Developer to join our team. As a Business Operations Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and automating our business processes, ensuring that our operations run seamlessly and efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement technology solutions, and drive continuous improvements in our operational workflows. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's efficiency and effectiveness. You will report to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate: Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for streamlining business workflows, enterprise solution implementations, and cross-functional integration.Analyze and Optimize: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to maximize efficiency and automation.Leverage Technology: Utilize technology solutions to streamline repetitive tasks/processes and create integrations between various corporate systems.Implement Solutions: Participate in the selection, customization, and implementation of technology solutions that support Midnight's operations and growth.Testing: Conduct testing to ensure new enterprise technology implementations meet business requirements and function as intended.Continuous Improvement: Maintain a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and assessing business operations and seeking further optimization opportunities.Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

RequirementsKey Competencies:Full-Stack Proficiency: Proficiency in full-stack development, enabling end-to-end software solution development and integration across the technology stack.Process Optimization: Proven ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes.Integration Expertise: Experience with integrating software systems and tools.Automation Skills: Proficiency in automating processes and tasks to improve efficiency.Requirements Gathering: Effective at gathering and documenting business requirements.Solution Design: Experience in designing and building technology solutions.Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights.Compliance and Risk: Understanding of compliance and risk management practices.

Education / Experience:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in process optimization and technology integration.Familiarity with software systems, automation tools, and data analysis.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Project management experience is a plus.Familiarity with blockchain technology and data protection is a plus.
