YOU WANT TODevelop enterprise software in an Agile environmentAct as a technical manager, overseeing short- and medium-term strategy for technical evolutionServe as the technical referent, understanding the client's technical architecture and contributing to its evolutionEnsure the correct operation of applications in the production environment and proactively resolve incidentsApply resilience patterns to preempt incidentsProvide technical support for products or services, aligning with IT's global architectureSupport team members in adopting good technical practices and ensuring product qualityManage technical aspects of the product backlog, prioritization, and technical requirementsAddress technical debt and promote its prioritization in development cyclesEnsure success and technical quality of delivered solutionsSupport deployment of functionalities in different environmentsRemove technical obstacles and promote continuous improvementEnsure solution adherence to architecture and stay updated with recent versionsReview and update product documentation with each deliveryBe a part of an Agile team of developers specialized in one of the modules that make up the back end of the applicationParticipate in making technical decisions regarding the project

IF YOU AREExperienced Java Developer, showing at least 5 years of commercial backgroundStrong in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworksSkilled with Microservices patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API First, and Design PatternsConfident in the design and development of REST APIS and APIS interfacesProfessional in unitary tests developmentExperienced in CI/CD platforms, working with microservicesKnowledgeable in relational databases (Oracle, MariaDB, DB2)Familiar with Gitflow or similar version controlStrong understanding of design software patternsCapable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment to cover daily project needsHaving the knowledge that enables the technical direction of teams in microservice or distributed services architecturesTech Stack: Java, deployment strategies, microservices patterns, DDD, API First, Design Patterns, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kubernetes
