About The Role
At Rippling, you’ll work closely with a team of developers, designers, marketers, and operations managers to build new and cutting-edge features on our corporate website, www.rippling.com. You will lead the way in optimizing our online website presence by leveraging your skills to solve development challenges and uplevel functionality supporting our design system, experimentation, translation and localization, SEO, data and reporting, and CMS self-service processes. Drawing on your knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and new technologies, you’ll build solutions that meet and exceed stakeholder expectations with agility, usability, and quality in mind.
What You Will Do
Code Development: Build, maintain, and optimize features and functionality for www.rippling.comCross-Functional Collaboration: Align with a team comprising marketers, designers, and developers to continuously deliver improvementsInnovation: Introduce and improve web development standards, tooling, and processes to keep our website at the cutting edge of industry standardsPartnership: Support the creation and deployment of new marketing campaigns across the website by leveraging our design system and improving the self-service capabilities of our CMSExperimentation: Assist in setting up A/B testing and personalization to improve website conversion rate and engagementOperational Excellence: Manage code deployments, updates, and releases and proactively seek out ways to uplevel the reliability, functionality, and flexibility of the website
What You Will Need
4+ years of experience building dynamic, responsive websitesExperience with WordPress and headless CMS platforms requiredFluency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React) and frameworks, especially Next.jsKnowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js or PythonUnderstanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with design tools, such as FigmaExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to marketers, designers, and other stakeholdersStrong sense of responsibility and accountability with excellent attention to detailEntrepreneurial spirit: you’re proactive, agile, creative, resourceful, and tenacious as you solve problems and achieve team and company goals

The pay range for this role is:
99,000 - 173,250 USD per year(US Tier 1)
89,100 - 155,925 USD per year(US Tier 2)
84,150 - 147,263 USD per year(US Tier 3)
