AI Chatbot Developer

A Conversational AI Chatbot Developer is required to work on cutting-edge projects using the Rasa framework, available on a fully remote basis.

The Role: AI Chatbot DeveloperBot Development: Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI bots using the Rasa framework.NLU Training: Enhance user intent recognition and entity extraction through NLU model training.Dialogue Management: Implement effective dialogue management for seamless user interactions.Integrations: Integrate bots across platforms, including websites, messaging apps, and communication channels.Data Management: Analyze user interaction data to improve bot performance and user experience.Testing and Debugging: Ensure optimal performance through thorough testing and debugging.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.

Requirements:Proven experience with the Rasa framework or similar conversational AI technologies.Strong Python programming skills.Familiarity with NLP and machine learning techniques.Experience in NLU model training, dialogue management, and bot deployment.Knowledge of conversational UX/UI design best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

BeneficialDeployment experience on messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger).Knowledge of Docker and containerization (EKS) for bot deployment.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.

This AI Chatbot Developer role is paying up to £80,000 and can be fully remote with the option to visit / work out of their Portsmouth office.
