Senior Salesforce Developer

Sr. Salesforce Developer (Apex, Telecommunications, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud)Optomi, in partnership with our #1 client in the Telecommunications sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business operations, streamline processes, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities of the right Candidate:Salesforce Custom Development: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and triggers, to meet the specific needs of the organization.Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflow automation.Data Management: Oversee data modeling, migration, and cleansing activities to maintain data integrity and quality within Salesforce.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders, to gather and understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.System Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize Salesforce configurations and custom code to improve performance and scalability.Governance: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and guidance to end-users.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integration processes.

Qualifications of the right Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, MuleSoft).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
