What You'll Do

Develop critical components that makeup CSG’s core product using .NET, C#, MSSQL, Oracles, AWS, and Azure technologies.You will provide support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environmentAppropriately handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customerYou will perform your work under minimal supervision on significant assignmentsEnsure compliance with SLAs and OLAs

You should have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a technically related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance.5+ years of experience in .Net: C#, WCF, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio/Code, .NET, Powershell, Nuget, Chocolatey, Web Services, SOAP XML,)Ability to develop algorithms, to develop code, to unit test, to debug code, and to document.Knowledge of OOP/OOD concepts.Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery process, industry standards, and best practices.Good verbal and written communication to effectively convey and clarify complex information.Good English communication skills (Communicate, Read, and/or Write).Experience working with version control using Git.Works well within a team environment and Agile methods.
