Skill level - Junior (w/ golang experience) or Mid-Level

Position Description: We’re hiring a golang/python developer to help us build out the future of oracles. Crypto experience is preferred, but not required. As a member of a small dev team, you’ll be an integral part in creating a new chain that will serve as the decentralized oracle for every crypto ecosystem out there. Long run, you’ll help us work with users and validators to battle test and automate the efficient operation and monitoring of protocol.

About the Company: Tellor is a leading oracle in the Ethereum ecosystem, focused on providing censorship resistant data of any kind on-chain. We’ve been around for 5 years in the space and work tirelessly to move the space forward and toward a decentralized future. This position is a remote job, but has standard work hours around EST and offers flexibility to move up and establish yourself as a leading dev in the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Duties for this position will leverage the deep understanding of the code base acquired from building the system into integrating data feeds and supporting users. Some of the duties will include:

Aiding in developing and testing L1 (golang)Developing, testing, and/or improving monitoring tools in python or directly into the golang client. Adding new data feeds, testing them and continuing build robustness across our stack (monitoring for disputes, relayers, chain side)Running validators, relayers, data reportersMonitoring the systemParticipating in war room exercises with the team, recommend, and implement recommendations
