Min 5+ Yrs exp in Chatbot Development

Core experience in Google Dialog Flow development in CX.

Exp on GDF integration with Google CCAI Platform agent, schedule, queues configuration, and GDF with Backend application integration,

Contact center IVR development and exp will be an added advantage

Min exp Needed: 7-10 years

Top 3 Responsibilities

Core exp in Google Dialog Flow Development in CX

Exp on GDF

Intergration with Google CCAI Platform agent
