React SME / Frontend React Developer100% Remote (Open to all time zones, EST preferred) W2 Permanent / Full Time Position Must be willing and able to undergo Public Trust Clearance Responsibilities Work closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive React components and pages. Write performant, scalable, maintainable and well documented code with focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of our front-end code. Build and maintain user interfaces using React, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with APIs and services. Optimize front-end performance for maximum responsiveness and user experience. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility of front-end code. Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and trends. Minimum Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of Front-End Development - proficient with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles. 3 + years of React – expert experience Must have ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance. Experience with Figma for creating UI designs. Experience in using wireframe software like Balsamiq Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility testing and accessibility guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills : TypeScript and Zustand or other state management libraries. Experience in building reusable components using atomic design principles. Micro-frontends (MFEs) UI testing frameworks like React testing library or Jest. Performance optimization Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Design, or a related field.
