Database Concepts – Create and Analyze Physical files, Logical Files, SQL tables, Indexes, Views, Stored procedures. Good working knowledge in screen programming – Display Files, Subfiles, and Printer filesDocument business rules effectively and should be able to create data mapping documents after analyzing program flows and data flowsILE Programming – Analyze and Create program modules, binding directories, service programs. Less experience in working with SQL and Stored procedures. Haven't had exposure in writing queries. Candidate had trouble hearing as he had a problem with his ear. Not sure if it is a temporary problem. The communication was little difficult. Candidate lacks significant hands-on experience in AS400.He knows some basic trouble shooting steps and some little knowledge in jobs with respect to production support. His proficiency in SQL and embedded SQL is limited to theory, and (Panel) observed him searching the internet for answers while responding to certain questions, which raises concerns about his expertise. When asked to rewrite a query using a JOIN statement, his answer was wrong which raised doubts about proceeding any further.
