Must have Finance experience such as Mortgage industry· Last year it was all about building the backendo New data model and doing data transformation to build up the FPA modelo Need someone comfortable with Tab SQL AWSo Need to really understand requirements from a business standpoint§ Then be able to consolidate that to a visual standpoint on Tableau§ SQL part comes in to build up the front endo Need to be able to explain their data and understand the new domaino Communication is big§ Coming up with mock wireframes and get feedback from the businesso They manage various dashboards and work closely with another team that has also developed dashboards§ These are used for their monthly engagements with senior leaderso Need to be able to look at their Suit as it is today§ As they look into the data determine what they can combine.§ What they are developing is similar to what the already have. Figure out where they align to enhance them§ Looking at it globally Technical Development· Tableau design and development· SQL (Joins within tableau prep)o Reducing the number of data sourceso Decoding existing quarries to then make things more efficient· AWS experience They need to be a data person. Be able to see how the data flows and validate itThe data doesn't come from one system it comes from several· The answer isn't always in the databaseo "What are we getting from upstream"o "What are we getting from imports on another system"
