BI / Salesforce Report Developer

BCI has an immediate opening for a BI / Salesforce Report Developer to help our client export “all” data from Salesforce and Sage Intact ERP into an Azure database and help create automated dashboards, that will provide reporting / analytics into revenue, sales and financial data. Position will be 3-6 months and can be 100% remote.

Responsibilities• In this role, you will be a key player in harnessing the power of data to support our Assist & Support our clients financial team and drive decision-making through analytics, customer-facing data insight reports, retailer analytics, Salesforce CRM reporting, as well as supporting our data models• Collaborate closely with product owners, data engineers & cloud application engineers to provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making• Design and structure of our data to support financial teams requirements. • Develop advanced data visualizations and storytelling techniques to convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for customer-facing data insight reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar• Create and maintain analytics solutions for retailer analytics to optimize sales and services strategies• Generate Salesforce / Sage Intact reports to support sales and customer relationship management efforts• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for monitoring business performance• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence development, or related roles• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis and scripting tools• Expertise in using business intelligence tools and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar• Expertise with extracting Data from Salesforce and similar platforms • Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
