Role: Tealeaf Developer

Locations: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 2 Days every week. Local or candidates from nearby states only.

Implementation and Integration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Tealeaf within web and mobile applications. Ensure seamless integration and data collection for customer interaction analysis.

Customization:

Customize Tealeaf configurations to meet specific business requirements. Tailor the solution to capture relevant customer journey data and insights.

Scripting:

Develop scripts or rules within Tealeaf to capture and analyze specific user behaviors. This may involve JavaScript or other scripting languages.

Data Analysis:

Analyze customer interaction data collected by Tealeaf to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in the user experience.

Reporting:

Create and generate reports based on Tealeaf analytics. Communicate findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve issues related to Tealeaf implementation, data collection, and analysis. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer interaction data.

Collaboration:

Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into effective Tealeaf configurations.

Documentation:

Maintain documentation related to Tealeaf configurations, scripts, and analysis methodologies. Ensure that knowledge is well-documented and accessible to the team.

Training:

Provide training and support to other team members or stakeholders on using Tealeaf and interpreting customer experience analytics.
