Job Description

We are currently seeking talented Software Engineers who are enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of the Mariana Tek platform, a platform that has already gained significant recognition in the fitness industry.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of web applications, APIs, services, and infrastructure that underpin our top-tier studio management software and customer-facing solutions. Working closely alongside a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals, you will tackle complex challenges across various domains, including e-commerce, scheduling, reporting, and more.

In the position of Software Engineer (Frontend), your responsibilities will involve direct participation in the creation of new features and the maintenance of our customer-facing web applications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop new micro-frontends and contribute to Xplor's web component-based design system, actively building components that are shared across products within the Xplor ecosystem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Some Of The Other Responsibilities You’ll Have Include

Contributing clean, performant code to our core platformCollaborating closely with product stakeholders, designers, and your fellow engineers to deliver features that support our business objectivesCollaborating with designers to build inclusive components that meet web accessibility standards.Refactoring and optimizing code in line with existing and emergent best practicesProactively writing tests and documentation to ensure the health and maintainability of shipped codeProviding constructive feedback on your colleagues’ pull requests, and accept constructive feedback on your own PRs in returnParticipating actively and thoughtfully in the full Agile development lifecycle, from planning to testing to releaseTraining and mentoring other engineers.

Qualifications

You may be a good fit for this role if you have:

Familiarity or experience building web applications using HTML, CSS, and at least one JavaScript framework like React.js, Ember.js, Vue.js. Interest in web accessibility and building inclusive componentsFamiliarity or experience with Typescript, Webpack, Micro-frontendsFamiliarity or experience with native Web APIs (eg: Background Sync API, Web Workers API, Push API, Web Components, etc..)Familiarity with internationalization and localizationExperience working with Agile software development methodologies.CI/CD pipelines and Github or related technologies for source / version control.Ability to communicate clearly and kindly with technical and non-technical colleagues.Bonus points for experience building SaaS platforms or customer-facing applicationsBonus points for experience or familiarity with Python and Go.

The average base salary pay range for this role is between $68,000 -105,000 USD

May be considered for a discretionary bonus
