Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Shopify solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain Shopify-based websites, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and responsivenessCustomize and extend Shopify themes to meet the unique needs of our clientsImplement and integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance e-commerce functionalityPerform regular site audits, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutionsStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Shopify updates to continually enhance our development practicesWork closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing online presenceProvide technical support and guidance to clients as needed, communicating fluently in both English and German

Requirements

Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of e-commerce websitesFluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languagesProficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating languageExperience with Shopify theme development and customizationIn-depth knowledge of Shopify API and integration with third-party servicesFamiliarity with best practices in SEO, performance optimization, and security for Shopify websitesAbility to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
