UX Developer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a UX Developer. The UX Developer will be responsible for visual design and front-end development. The role entails translating complex information into simple, efficient, and delightful user experiences.

Must Have Experience in working with and creating Design Systems.Knowledge of popular Design SystemsSolid understanding of Component LibrariesAbility to create visual designs, mockups, wireframes using FigmaAbility to convert designs into web pages/components using HTML+CSS(+JS)Minimum 4 years of experience

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate User-Centric Designs: Collaborate with designers and product teams to design and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.CSS Expertise: Implement and maintain responsive and visually appealing UI designs using HTML and CSS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.User Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the user experience by identifying and addressing usability issues and optimizing website performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to iterate and enhance the user interface.Adaptation to New Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI design principles.Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work

QualificationsUser Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UED) skillsFront-end Development skills using CSSVisual Design skillsSoftware Development skillsExperience with Agile methodologies and Design ThinkingStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design or related fieldExperience in the tech industry and familiarity with emerging technologies is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study3+ years' of experienceProficient in visual design and wire framing tools like Figma
