Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and skilled Lead Developer / Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal as the first full-time developer in our rapidly evolving company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in hands-on development and in overseeing and managing our existing systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, launch, and manage our web applications using HTML (MDBootstrap), JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.Work closely with an external development studio partner to initiate new projects, leveraging their workforce dynamically as needed.Ensure the technical efficiency, stability, and scalability of our systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement new features and functionalities.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our platform.

Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and Restful API interfaces.Experience with versioning systems (GIT), deployment and system security.Prior experience as a senior developer, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Experience of independently managing projects.Ability to manage and execute the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).Experience with scaling systems and managing high-transaction platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Fluent English language skills, in order to communicate effectively with development partners.Must be based in Germany.

PreferredKnowledge of cryptocurrencies / Web3 and the fintech industry.Experience working in a remote setting.German language skills are a strong plus, but not mandatory.
