Scala Proficiency: advanced experience in Scala is a prerequisite, given the complex nature of the projects we're undertaking.Database Expertise: adeptness in handling both PostgreSQL and MongoDB is essential for seamless backend operations.Independent Contributor & Team Player: while we value your ability to work independently, collaboration is a key aspect of our team dynamics.Continuous Learning Mindset: we appreciate a proactive approach to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments.Scalability & Clean Code Advocate: the capability to design scalable solutions and maintain clean, efficient code is crucial to our standards.Web Application Experience: a proven track record in working on complex web applications is a fundamental requirement.CI/CD Familiarity (Bonus): any experience with continuous integration and deployment practices is considered advantageous.Play and ZIO Experience (Highly Regarded): familiarity with Play and ZIO would be viewed as a valuable addition to your skill set.FP familiarity (Bonus): familiarity with Functional Programming principles would be considered to be advantageous.
