Bitrix24 is a multi-component online collaboration, automation, and marketing software platform for all kinds of organizations - from businesses to nonprofits.
On the technical side of things, Bitrix24 is an online cloud service that you can access either via browser or via mobile/desktop app. It features several distinct components such as CRM, tasks & projects, chats, online meetings, website builder, online documents, and others, all cross-integrated and available as part of a single platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Join customer call and understand the requirements 2. Formulate a design in mind on how to achieve this 3. Discuss timelines with manager 4. Do the necessary configurations in the CRM Product 5. Do the necessary coding in NodeJS 6. Deploy the NodeJS code in AWS Lambda 7. Hook the AWS Lambda API in CRM Product 8. Test thoroughly 9. Communicate to customer on what has been done and do a demo 10. Ask them to test thoroughly and come back if any feedbacks 11. Fix the feedbacks, test thoroughly, communicate to customer to check from his side once. 12. Continue to support the customer for any urgent small issues in general
You will be implementing the above procedure for 15 customers in a month. One average customer should be closed in 2-3 days max.
Skills Needed
- Clear communication in good English 2. Good logic to finalize the requirements from customer and formulate the design 3. Good negotiation skill with customer 4. Prompt communication with manager 5. Very good product understanding after onboarding 6. Should be very good in NodeJS, AWS, Data structures, Programming logic. 7. Should have Neat coding and Neat OOP designing skills in JavaScript 8. Should be a self learner and get trained with minimum intervention by the manager 9. Should be smart working and hard working 10. Should be very much quality conscious 11. Should be really a genuine, respectful and trust worthy person
