What You’ll Do
Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirementsCollaborate with Business Analysts & Testers to ensure quality solutions align with client expectationsWork in SAFe environment as a part of Scrum team
What You Have
2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, spanning all major products: Customer Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, Now Platform App Engine, Security OperationsExpertise in JS codingFamiliarity with software development process (Agile)Understanding of ITIL (foundation level)Understanding of relational database conceptsKnowledge of REST/SOAPStrong problem-solving skillsEnglish level – B2 and above
