Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of a cutting-edge cross-platform mobile application. You will be responsible for crafting robust and user-friendly solutions that contribute to the success of our mission to enhance mental health through engaging experiences.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality mobile applications.Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter framework.implement Flutter's flexible layout system to accommodate different form factors, ensuring optimal user interaction on different device screens and orientations.Integrate RESTful APIs to ensure efficient data exchange between the Flutter application and server-side components.Work with different data formats, including JSON, and ensure proper handling and parsing in the mobile application.Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code while adhering to software development best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.Handle authentication mechanisms, such as OAuth or JWT, to establish secure connections between the Flutter app and backend serversInterface with native libraries to access motion and fitness data, GPS and other data using device-specific APIs.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to deliver a smooth user experience.Collaborate with the QA team to conduct thorough testing of applications, identifying and addressing issues promptly.Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of proven experience as a Flutter / Android Developer with a strong portfolio of cross-platform mobile applications.In-depth knowledge of the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile app development best practices.Experience with state management, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.Experience with asynchronous programming in Dart to manage network requests and responses effectively.Proven expertise in interfacing Flutter applications with native modules, on iOS and Android platforms.Familiarity with platform-specific languages (Swift/ Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) to seamlessly integrate with native libraries.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:Experience in the gaming industry or with gamification elements in mobile applications.Knowledge of backend technologies and server-side development.Previous experience working on projects related to wellness, mental health or healthcare.
