We are seeking a highly skilled remote Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. As our Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will play a critical role in the technical design, development, and revision of multi-tier business systems, utilizing AWS, Python, and Snowflake. You will partner with Business Analysts to optimize requirements, and work with Developers to validate key functionalities and integrations. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be essential in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, ensuring that our campaigns are optimized for maximum impact and ROI.

Responsibilities

Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant technologiesCollaborate with Business Analysts to optimize project requirements and ensure successful project deliveryValidate key functionalities and integrations with Developers to ensure accuracy and effectivenessProvide technical guidance and leadership to the development teamEnsure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solutionsParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and optimization of marketing initiativesStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and relevant technologies

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and data migrationExperience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales & Service Cloud and CommunitiesExpertise in programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL, and Query Studiofamiliarity with web service integration (REST/SOAP)Experience in implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, including Email Studio, Content Builder and othersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developersFluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Experience with Guide Template Language (GTL), adding another layer of expertise to your SFMC programming skillsExperience with mobile application development, allowing for comprehensive marketing solutions across multiple platformsExperience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), HTML, Python Core, and Snowflake
