Their product empowers business leaders who're even non-technical to be able to: 1. Look up insights, 2. Generate custom reports & 3. run statistical models on command using plain language. It's your personal data analyst, available 24/7.
We need a front-end engineer to help the Founders across the SaaS frontend development. We need an intuitive & seamless UX, to redefine how companies access their analytics.
Role Responsibilities:Collaborate directly with the CTO to define, design, and ship new features that will be facing a wide variety of users.Develop user-facing features.Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Optimize React components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers. We're looking for someone who can help us answer questions across re-rendering for components, Utilize and contribute to our continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.Document development phases and monitor systems.
Qualifications:Demonstrable experience as a Front End Developer/Engineer or similar role that focuses on shipping quality user-facing features.Adept in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Solid understanding of React.js and Next.js and their core principles. We're also looking for someone who can discuss strategies like memoization/memoisation. We're looking for solid TypeScript skills. You understand the benefits of TS, how to best use it, why you would use it and you're passionate about why you use it!Familiarity with RESTful APIs or work across similar like GraphQL/ApolloExperience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. if you've been building JavaScript SDKs for internal use or for public use, we definitely want to hear about this!AWS exposure would be great for this client as their infrastructure utilises this.Looking for someone who's confident with their ideas but values collaboration, discussion, and excellent communication to help translate those high-level, vague ideas into something technical, deliverable & a process that helps you document when we're shipping new features.
They're paying up to $100,000 USD for this role. This role begins as a 6-month contract with the intention to onboard contractors as permanent staff after they clear their seed round. This is a great opportunity to be an early, valued, & pivotal member of a growing start-up in an industry that we all know is being heavily invested in with an insatiable appetite for innovation.
We are also looking to be open on equity suggestions up to the 0.7% mark for this role too.
