You will be responsible for designing and implementing Frontend components, including further consolidation between our Web and App platforms, new payment method options, personalized payments, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration with the backend infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

Working autonomously to Design, develop, and maintain a state-of-the-art HR portal and internal systems platform without the need for technical oversight.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Frontend solutions.Utilize your expertise in React, Typescript, and JavaScript to architect and implement robust Frontend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.Take ownership of the software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.Pay close attention to best practices within the team. Be an advocate of applying innovative methodologies and designing thorough documentation and processes.Have a holistic view of the solutions we are trying to build, from an architectural point of view, and the team skillset and what could be our best approach to every project.Be curious about new Frontend technologies and frameworks while applying your knowledge, experience, and critical thinking.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.Adopt a proactive approach to monitoring and resolving critical issues or alerts

Skills and Experience:

If you like problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, agile environment you will flourish at H&B. Experience with using as many of the following tools and technology:

React | Typescript| JavaScript | Node | GraphQL | REST | CSS | Shell Scripting | Datadog | Security Monitoring | CI/CD | GitHub | APIs | Microservices Architecture | Unit Testing | Storybook | AWS

Able to provide engineering solutions and offer design changes and feedback to the current codebase.Proven experience as a Frontend Software Engineer, with a focus on coding in React, Typescript, and JavaScript.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and continuous integration.Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for teamwork.
