Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQL Developer to join our team in Chennai. As an SQL Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining database solutions, writing and reviewing queries, optimizing query performance, and utilizing tools such as SQL Profiler and Index Rebuilding. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in SQL development, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in query optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:· Design and develop database solutions using SQL Server.· Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data.· Utilize SQL Profiler to monitor and analyze query performance.· Perform performance tuning by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, optimizing indexing strategies, and improving overall query performance.· Rebuild and maintain database indexes for optimal performance.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.· Develop and maintain database objects, such as tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.· Perform data modeling and database design to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.· Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies.· Monitor database systems to ensure availability, reliability, and security.· Maintain documentation of database schemas, processes, and procedures.· Requirements:· Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer or Database Developer.· Strong proficiency in SQL programming and query optimization.· In-depth knowledge of relational database management systems, such as SQL Server.· Experience with SQL Profiler for query performance analysis.· Expertise in performance tuning, index rebuilding, and query optimization techniques.· Familiarity with ETL processes and tools for data integration.· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
