Responsibilities:Pioneering Role: As the lead Android Engineer, take full charge of their Android presence, ensuring innovation and top-tier implementation.Technical Direction: Lead architecture decisions and technology roadmap.Product Ownership: Spearhead product and feature development, from concept to launch.Tech Choices: Select the optimal tools and technologies to establish a sophisticated, stable, native Android product.Full-Stack Leadership: Oversee client-side development as well as server APIs/services to supplement mobile functionalities.Team Foundations: Initiate the groundwork for an engineering team, with potential opportunities to form, direct, and manage this group.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering and design teams.

Requirements:B2/C1 english level, this is a MUSTSelf-driven: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to propel business and product ideas autonomously.Deep Android Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in native Android development with mastery in Java, Kotlin, and Android SDK.Proven Leadership: Experience in helming technical architecture for intricate, user-focused Android apps.Server-side Skills: Proven track record in designing and building server-side APIs and components that sync with mobile apps.
