Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead to guide the development and implementation of our web and mobile applications, primarily using Laravel/PHP. This role is pivotal in both hands-on development and in steering the technical direction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:Initially focus on 100% hands-on coding, transitioning to 90% leadership and management within a year.Architectural decision-making, setting coding standards, and leading code reviews.Guide technical project direction and mentor junior and mid-level developers.Collaborative work with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, for feature development.Manage project timelines and resources effectively.Stay updated with emerging tech trends, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Implement innovative solutions to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5-10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.3+ years experience leading and managing development teams.Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, etc).Skilled in server-side languages (PHP), the framework Laravel, and JavaScript frameworks.Familiarity with MySQL and other database technologies and best practices.Experience with managing teams and workflows and familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.Experience with cloud services (AWS) and familiarity with Stripe Connect/payment APIs.Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and understanding of the software development lifecycle.Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
