Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using React. This role requires a mix of technical skills and a commitment to delivering efficient internal applications for traffic management operators.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end applications with a focus on user experienceTranslate user stories, designs and wireframes into high-quality codeOptimize components for maximum performance across several web-capable devices and browsersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (including analysts, designers, product managers, and backend developers) to define, design, and ship new featuresEnsure code quality, organization, and automatizationStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldFluent in English and either French or DutchAt least 2 years of experience in front-end development with React or a similar component-based frameworkKnowledge of the MUI library is a plusKnowledge of the React Query library & Redux toolkit is a plusGood understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 with BEAM conventionFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsExperience with common front-end development tools such as Vite and NPMAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsFamiliarity with code versioning tools, such as Git
