About the role:As a Senior Software Developer, you will be a key player in developing and maintaining our innovative healthcare technology solutions. This role involves a mix of back-end with some front-end development, working on both existing and new web applications with a global client base. The position is 100% remote, and either part-time or full-time, based on your availability.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, to understand and implement project requirements.Contribute to business analysis, estimation, and client-facing roles, leveraging previous experience in these areas.Estimate task effort and stay organizedDevelopment new and existing web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Work with C#, ASP.Net MVC and WebForms, WebAPI, SQL Server, EF, Linq to SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, Visual Studio, Source Control.Create and maintain regular expressions for advanced document parsing.Conduct and participate in peer code reviews.

Requirements:5+ years of proven experience as a Senior .Net Developer.Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. You do not need to be a native English speaker.Strong understanding of database driven web application development principles and experience crafting compelling and engaging solutions.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment while effectively collaborating with a distributed team.Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to understand of the challenges faced by practitioners and patients.
