HubSpot is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role as a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to enhance our ITAM and CMDB processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ServiceNow development, particularly in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
What You Get To Do
Develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, with a focus on CMDB and ITAM modules. Implement and maintain data models within the CMDB to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration information. Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts to meet specific business needsProvide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement timely solutionsDevelop integrations with other IT systems, ensuring seamless data flowStay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.
We Are Looking For People Who Have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with a minimum of 3 years ServiceNow development experienceProficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting(JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and client scripts by employing ServiceNow and coding best practicesSolid understanding of ITIL processes, especially Configuration Management and Asset Management. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows and flow designersStrong knowledge and experience building ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHUB, RESTful and SOAP APIsFamiliarity with CMDB and ITAM concepts, data models, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Cash compensation range: 95200-142800 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
