Linux OS Admin/Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced Linux OS Admin/Developer with in-depth scripting knowledge to convert approximately 300 legacy scripts from Windows to Linux as part of an SAP S4/HANA transformation project.

Responsibilities:

Convert approximately 300 legacy Windows scripts to Linux OS. Such scripts include the following:

Simple file transfer functions Triggering any event based on conditions Inbound or Outbound functions Other functions performed by the scripts that must be duplicated after they are converted to Linux

Mandatory Skills/Experience/Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and related experience Linux Admin Certification (preferred). Demonstrated experience with a similar legacy script conversion on a SAP implementation project. Strong knowledge and expertise in Linux OS administration and script development. Highly detail oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills. Experience with Windows OS scripting is highly desirable.
