Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team and play a key role in crafting exceptional digital experiences across various channels.

Location: Noida and Bengaluru preferred, India-remote acceptable

ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of complex AEM solutions, ensuring optimal user interactions and meeting business objectives.Collaboratively translate business requirements into functional AEM architecture, considering scalability, security, and maintainability.Build and implement reusable AEM components and templates for efficient content creation and management.Integrate AEM with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Launch, Target, Analytics) to deliver seamless marketing campaigns.Optimize AEM performance for scalability, security, and optimal user experience.Lead AEM upgrades and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.Stay abreast of the latest AEM trends and best practices, actively seeking opportunities to improve existing solutions.Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation for efficient development processes.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and associated technologies.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.15+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Deep understanding of AEM building blocks: Java Content Repository, Sling web framework, Apache Felix OSGi framework, Editable Templates, Components, DAM, Workflows.Proven expertise in Sightly, Sling Models, touch UI libraries, and Adobe core components.Experience with Headless CMS and AEM Content Fragments/Experience Fragments is a plus.Solid understanding of Multi-Site Manager (MSM), Language Copy, Translation Services, and Dispatcher.Experience with AEM upgrades and migrations, analyzing code changes, and supporting testing & deployment.Excellent Java skills and proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and SQL.Familiarity with Unix systems for troubleshooting application and performance issues.Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium, or Maven is a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
