Our client, an innovative SaaS startup, is seeking an AI Developer to join their team. The person in this role will oversee and guide proccesses/R&D for the company's AI strategy. They will lead cross-functional teams in identifying key areas for AI-driven business benefit, as well as analyze/communicate AI and machine learning solutions while upholding high ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic counsel to C-suite executives and business leaders, offering expert insights on a diverse spectrum of technology, strategy, and policy matters related to AICollaborate with an advanced engineering team + executive leadership to engage in functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and the establishment of support proceduresEffectively communicate and document solutions architecture, distilling key insights and lessons learned from each exploration and accelerated incubationLead a team dedicated to assessing the AI and automation market, diligently analyzing the competitive landscape, and providing actionable recommendations to stay ahead in the industryAct as a crucial liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating a seamless exchange of feedback and enabling agile adjustments in product performance or presentation

Requirements

2+ years experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive tech solutions1+ years of leadership experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)Experience with cloud environments (AWS is preferred)Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLPExperience in program leadership, governance, and change enablementKnowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patternsExperience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
