What you'll do:
Provide technical leadership on backend development practices to in-house and offshore teamsGather requirements, evaluate new opportunities, and recommend application architectures to clientsDevelop maintainable, cost-effective, and forward-looking solutions for current and potential clientsProvide hands-on development and code reviews to engineering team members as neededConfigure CMS, integrate marketing platforms (CDP, personalization), and integrate 3rd party APIsEvaluate security and performance for enterprise websites
What you need to be successful:
5+ years of experience in working directly with clients individually or as part of a teamStrategic consultancy and IT Services experienceThe ability to navigate discussions with in-house client groups, can comfortably pushback on client feedback, and an understanding of what to look and listen for, that can create future opportunities and organic growthUnderstands our definition of excellence and how excellence ties directly to what we will expect when we’re delivering on a productCandidate can pushback when client feedback doesn’t align, read between the lines when conversations between in-house client groups become elevatedTechnology experience with the following:CMS (Drupal, WordPress, Craft, or similar)E-commerce (Shopify) Configure CI/CDVersion control systemsExperience building FEs (HTML, CSS, JS, SCSS)Experience with FE App frameworks (Flutter, React, Vue)Experience leading website development projectsAgile (backlog development, sprint planning, estimating)LLM, Generative AI, ChatGPT
