About the role:

We are seeking a Senior SQL Server Database Developer and architect, with a specific focus on Transact-SQL (T-SQL).

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and optimizing our Goldmine application, which is the main data hub and backbone between TD SYNNEX‘s E-Commerce systems.

One key element inside the Goldmine application is the pricing engine module, which has to calculate millions of customer specific product prices for the other E-Commerce systems within hours.

What you'll do:

Make recommendations on architectural landscapesOptimize, maintain, and upgrade the Goldmine application, especially the pricing module.Design and implement stable, reliable, and effective data transformations using complex T-SQL queries.Develop high-quality database solutions, implement complex T-SQL queries, and develop procedures that import, process and export data.Modify databases according to requests, and conduct tests.Troubleshoot and resolve database usage issues and malfunctions.

What we're kindly looking for:

10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience.Experience in Mathematics and T-SQLKnowledge of PowerShell scripting, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is beneficial.Significant experience with Azure DevOps and Git version control of deliverables.Deep experience with performance tuning strategies like indexing, understanding & optimizing SQL servers internal query plans.
