• Proven track record as a Zoho Developer, Administrator, or Implementer, showcasing a

portfolio of successfully completed projects.

• Zoho developer certifications, such as Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Analytics, are highly

desirable.

• Extensive experience in creating reports and dashboards, demonstrating a deep

understanding of data visualization best practices.

• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects

simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey

complex information both in written and verbal form.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose

effective solutions.

• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.

• Proactive and self-motivated approach, displaying initiative and a willingness to take

ownership of projects and tasks.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Zoho Application Development:

o Customize and develop Zoho One Applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator,

Zoho Desk, and other Zoho products to meet specific business requirements.

o Create custom modules, fields, workflows, and automation to optimize processes.

• Integration:

o Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and systems as needed.

o Ensure seamless data flow between Zoho and other applications, such as marketing

automation, accounting software, and more.

• Maintenance and Support:

o Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Zoho applications.

o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Zoho

systems.

• Custom Scripting:

Write custom scripts using Deluge to extend the functionality of Zoho applications.

o Develop custom functions and workflows to enhance business operations.

• Reporting and Analytics:

o Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics.

o Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for business

improvement.

• Testing and Debugging:

o Conducting testing and debugging to identify and fix issues or errors in the code.

This includes unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.

• Collaboration and Communication:

o Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other team members to

understand project requirements, provide technical input, and ensure smooth

integration of design and functionality.

• Version Control:

o Utilizing version control systems, such as Git, to manage and track changes in code

repositories. Collaborating with other developers and ensuring code consistency and

version management.

• Documentation:

o Documenting code, technical specifications, and project requirements. Creating

clear and concise documentation to facilitate easier maintenance and future

enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate for Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Software Engineering with

at least 6 years of experience.

• Proficient in handling HTTP requests and responses, web application development, expert

knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Deluge programming languages.

• Zoho Developer Certification.

• Handled internal of minimum 2 developers and multiple external agencies in past

assignments.

• Candidate with experience working in Zoho Partner agencies are preferred.
