We are actively seeking a Senior Developer/Technical Architect to take charge of system architecture and engineering management. In this pivotal role, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Web3 projects, leading efforts in architecture, design, scalability, and research.

What You Will Do?Develop technical solutions by defining requirements, creating roadmaps, and understanding solution rollout needs.Collaborate on architecting scalable RPC infrastructure with advanced protection and monitoring.Create technical roadmaps and provide guidance to other engineers.Research and implement a Rust-based transaction policy engine.Write and validate transaction policies using DSL.Demonstrate an understanding of engineering backlogs and requirements gathering to establish and oversee commitment to technical priorities.Incorporate specifications from business and product owners into engineering designs.Identify gaps in solution designs and recommend appropriate solutions.

What we are looking for?Senior developer with over 10 years of experience.Deep understanding of Web3.Proficiency in RPC node functionality.Experience with transaction encoding, decoding, and broadcasting.Expertise in EVM.Familiarity with other networks like BTC and SOL.Knowledge of major DeFi apps and token standards.Awareness of MEV and mempool functionality.Good understanding of Web3 security (auditor-level knowledge not required, but an understanding of potential security risks is essential).
